The Imperial Family of Companies are specialized providers of products and services in support of clinical studies. They are a unique combination of three vertically integrated companies that work to deliver start – to – finish trial solutions.
The conference room for this project is intended to be the first of multiple meeting rooms equipped to provide video conferencing capabilities for this client, allowing collaboration with other Imperial CRS facility locations, as well as clients of the firm. Executive Design & Engineering developed a system solution based on the Crestron RL platform which allows seamless integration with the Microsoft Lync application.
Microsoft Lync, the popular and powerful server – based application many companies already use every day, provides a consistent, single client experience for presence, instant messaging, voice, video, and content sharing. Crestron RL 2 extends the Lync experience to the conference room so groups can communicate and collaborate in real time regardless of physical location.
